Negative of です (じゃ = spoken, では = formal).

Question: add か at the end (rising intonation).

も is used when the same thing applies as stated before.
例
グプタさんも 会社員です。Mr. Gupta is also a company employee.
N1 の N2
の links two nouns; here N1 is the group/organisation N2 belongs to.

～さん
Politeness suffix on another person's name — never your own (～ちゃん for small children).
