Plain form と 思います
State a thought, conjecture or opinion (negate the clause before と). Ask an opinion with 〜について どう 思いますか.
例
あした 雨が 降ると 思います。I think it's going to rain tomorrow.
「文」／Plain form と 言います
Report speech with と: directly (inside 「」) or indirectly (plain form). Mark the listener with に.
例
ミラーさんは 東京へ 出張すると 言いました。Mr. Miller said he would go to Tokyo on business.
Plain form でしょう？
Seek agreement or confirmation (rising intonation); drop 〜だ for な-adjectives and nouns.
例
あした パーティーに 行くでしょう？You're going to the party tomorrow, right?

A ceremony or event (party, festival, match, incident…) takes place — あります = "be held / occur".
例
東京で サッカーの 試合が あります。There's a soccer match in Tokyo.

で marks the occasion on which an action takes place.
例
会議で 意見を 言いました。I gave my opinion at the meeting.
N でも V
でも gives a non-restrictive example when suggesting or recommending.

ちょっと ビールでも 飲みませんか。How about drinking a beer or something?
V[ない-form] ないと……
An abbreviated obligation (…ないと いけません with the ending left off).
