Tell the time: 時 (o'clock) and 分 (minutes) after the number; なん goes before 時/分 to ask.
例
What time is it now? It's 7:10.
Polite verb: non-past (habit/future) & past, affirmative & negative.

I get up at six every morning.
に marks the clock time / date of an action (optional with relative-time words: きょう, あした…).

から = start (time/place), まで = end; either can be used alone.

と connects two nouns in a coordinate relation ("and").
