へ (read "e") marks the destination of a movement verb.
例
I'm going to Kyoto.
Interrogative + も + negative verb = "not … anywhere/anything/anyone".

I'm not going anywhere.
で marks the means of transport (but 歩いて takes no で).
例
I'm going by train.
と marks the person/animal you do it with (一人で = alone, no と).
例
I came to Japan with my family.
"When?" — takes no に (dates use 〜月〜日に).

When did you come to Japan? On 25th March.
Sentence-final よ emphasises information the listener does not know.

You need the next local train.
Shows sympathy or agreement with something already known (vs そうですか = new info).
